Relaxation

Relaxation is a full-body massage that is done with lighter work called Swedish massage. It helps promote relaxation, better sleep, increased circulation, and decreased stress and blood pressure levels. Perfect for getting some "me time". Nothing better than soft music, a warm table, and wrapping it all up with a scalp massage.
Cupping

Cupping massage is a different type of deep tissue work. It uses suction to pull the muscles instead of pressing into them like traditional massages. This helps stretch the muscles away from the underlying tissue and separate the tissues that are stuck together restricting mobility. It also encourages the detox of all the tissues, from the skin to the underlying tissues.
Hot Stone

Hot Stone is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. With the heat and hydrotherapy from the stones, the benefits address deeper issues without having to create more pain to get to them. It's a nice way to get a good blend of deep tissue and relaxation.
